With most of us still working from home now is a good time to have a clear out and get some new summer shirts in the wardrobe. With pubs and restaurants back open it is slowly starting to feel slightly normal again. The government have also confirmed we can still go on holiday but to very limited destinations, so we definitely have an excuse to go shopping for new clothes!
I am going to show you guys a few of my favourtie shirts I have picked out ranging from vibey printed shirts to the more relaxed fit.
Even though most would hate to admit it many of us love to stand out in the crowd. The printed shirts give us a good chance to express our personality in the colours and pattern of the shirt. I usually get these types of shirts for festivals but as they are all cancelled now I will find myself wearing them to the pub with mates instead.
One of my favourite printed shirts. I just love the pattern and picked this up for a bargain at only £6. Unfortunately I don’t have the link for this shirt but I am sure you might be able to find this or a similar black one in store.
The navy printed short sleeve shirt is £26. The pattern reminds me of Morocco for some reason. When I visited Morocco the architecture was really cool and a lot of the buildings had the colourful quirky patterns.
You can get also get the black chain printed slim fit shirt for £26. I really like the pattern on this and you can never go wrong with black. Not all people like the bold colours so this would be a good choice for them.
The white short sleeved spread stripe shirt has actually just been reduced from £25 to £15!! This has the Cuban style collar which are really in right now. It is good to mix the pattern of the shirt up and stripes are always look good in my opinion.
This is similar to my black and shit chain shirt but this is in burgundy. ASOS have so many vibey shirts. This one is £25 so a very reasonable price.
If you are looking for something more high end and a little bit more quirky then I definitely recomend this shirt. It retails for £130 and is made from 100% lyocell which is lightweight, sustainable and eco friendly.
I think all men should have a denim shirt in their wardrobe. For me it is a staple piece that will never go out of fashion and can be worn in the summer and the winter.
New look menswear have some great pieces in and at great prices. They have recently closed down their menswear sections in stores so it is all online only now.
The first shirt I picked is this pale blue long sleeved denim shirt. This shirt is only £19.99 and is one of my favourite shirts right now. It’s a nice ‘going out’ shirt.
The second shirt from New Look is the short sleeved grey denim shirt. This is great casual shirt. I have had this a while now and it’s such good value at £17.99.
I have had this denim shirt for a while but I don’t believe they sell this anymore. I am going to link a similar one for you guys which has been reduced from £55 to £25. It is a darker shade of blue and actually thicker. Even though I am wearing this at the beach in the image I actually wear this on nights out or going out for dinner.
These are your everyday plain shirts and can be worn with pretty much anything. I am a big fan of the tanned shirts right now. My favourite is probably the linen white River Island shirt. I also have it in grey but let me know which one you guys like?
Now reduced to £14.30
Selling fast at only £15!
I hope you guys enjoyed this blog and I hope it’s helped you pick out a few nice shirts. Any questions please just drop me a comment and I will come back to you. Always happy to help. In terms of sizing I am 6ft 3 slim build on the regular fit shirts I would be a medium but any muscle fit I go for a large.
